2010 will be a banner year for defensive end prospects. Just how good? Here's an idea. Today Alabama landed four star prospect Alfy Hill from Shallote, NC. He's the 10th ranked defensive end by Rivals and 6th on ESPN's 150 list. Recruiting experts would say these rankings would insinuate Hill's a good prospect but possibly not upper tier material. Here's the catch. He's ranked the 77th overall prospect on Rivals and the 51st on ESPN's 150 list. This shows two things. One, Hill's potential is held in high regard and two, how deep this class is at defensive end.
