Coming off of a fifth place finish in the SEC last year, the Alabama women's golf team looks to improve under third-year coach Mic Potter. Though star player Jenny Suh has graduated, Potter believes the young team can rebound and fill that spot. "I feel like with Kathleen Ekey, Camilla Lennarth and Courtney Harter we have some players who certainly have the ability to score and shoot the kinds of rounds that Jenny did, so I think we are capable of having the scores she put up replaced most of the time," Potter said.

The Alabama women's tennis team is set to begin a new season as they look to bounce back from last year's 5-12 finish. A lack of maturity and leadership factored heavily into the Crimson Tide's poor record last year, head coach Jenny Mainz said. "Confidence is such a big part of sports in general," Mainz said.

The Crimson Tide volleyball team is headed in the right direction after a week of SEC play that got them back on the winning track. The Tide went 3-6 in non-conference play in three different tournaments. The Tide headed into last weekend with a road trip ahead of them that included Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi State.
