• Three in a row to MSU not likely • Tider Insider (Subscribers Only)
Up next for the Tide is Mississippi State (3-6, 1-4 SEC), who has turned ugly games into victories against Alabama over the past two seasons. Kickoff is set for 6:45 p.m. inside a sold out Bryant-Denny Stadium. The Bulldogs are coming off a bye week, which followed a one-point loss to Kentucky. After a gritty, overtime win against LSU last Saturday, the biggest question for Alabama will be whether or not it experiences an emotional letdown and allows the Bulldogs to hang around long enough to make things interesting.
