ULM comes in with a losing record and was trounced by the Tide last fall, but this Alabama team isn't playing well enough to overlook anyone right now.

I have been following this class going on two years now, and it is finally here. The 2008 in-state crop is the best class of prospects since 2004. In the 2004 class, Alabama nabbed only one of those top prospects. That was the all-important Ron Steele. The rest of those prospects, some of them McDonald All-Americans, went on to out-of-state schools.
