Stanhope Elmore standout Demarcus Milliner, the nation’s top cornerback prospect according to Scout.com, said Thursday he will play for Alabama. Milliner is the second five-star player to commit to the Crimson Tide, joining quarterback Phillip Sims of Chesapeake, Va.
